Step 2: Please enter the order number and zip code on the return website.

Step 3: Choose the item/s you wish to return.
Note: Check the date until when the order is returnable.
Please note that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return which you can view on this link: https://dailysale.com/policies/refund-policy
Please be advised that you can either choose to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

Step 4: Kindly choose the reason why you are returning.

If the customer chooses “Item was damaged”:
After choosing “Item was damaged when it arrived”, click “Continue with return”.
Just a gentle reminder: Depending on the circumstances, we may deduct the fee for the return shipping label from your refund. Please note that the deduction is for the refund option only. We do not provide return labels for some larger items or international orders.
Note: Please be advised that once your return is accepted or completed, our return portal will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Based on the example, if the customer chooses “Get $162.79”, a refund will be noted in your account and will be issued once we receive your return.
On the other hand, if the customer chooses “Shop Now with $167.79”, an additional store credit of $5 will be issued which will serve as a return label.
Note:
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on the circumstances, we may deduct the fee for the return shipping label from your refund. We do not provide return labels for some larger items or international orders.
- Please be advised that you can write the return label on a clean sheet of paper and attach it in the box or ask your neighbors to print the label for you. Also ask the post office if they can print the label upon returning the item.
- Please package it well so no damage or cracked screen may happen during transit.

Additional notes:
If the item that you wish to return is an electronic device, it is important that you remove any and/or all email addresses and passwords and then factory reset the unit before returning. This will avoid any delays in the processing of your refund request. In addition, please package it well, so no damage or cracked screen may happen during transit.
Please factory reset the device properly before reinstating the return via return loop.
Return - Apple Watch
You must unpair the watch from the Apple app on another device that the watch was originally paired with, prior to factory resetting, otherwise the watch will remain locked.
