If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the return procedures above.
Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Any item returned that is not in resalable condition, may be rejected.
For Devices/Gadgets: Kindly please make sure that no password has been set on the device or have it restored to its factory setting. Please package it well, so no damage or cracked screen may happen during transit.
